We audit local and international companies of all sizes and in all sectors, mainly in the French-speaking part of Switzerland, but also in the cantons of Berne and Zurich. We also offer pre-audits prior to your certification process.

Our audit methods

Each type of intervention is flexible and we discuss it with you beforehand. Once your expectation have been clearly defined, we begin our analysis by studying the available documentation and, if necessary, by interviewing your employees or partners. In some cases, we can play the role of «mystery shopper». Once we have completed the audit phase, we will provide you with a detailed report and present you with the identified improvement potential. Finally, in accordance with your wishes, we can complete our services with action plans.

Why an audit?

It may seem strange: why would a company want to submit to an external analysis and highlight weak points? Even if perfection does not exist, we all have a duty to strive for it. In order to do this, it is necessary to identify the areas for improvement. It is especially important to identify these elements before they become visible to partners, suppliers and especially customers.
